Imagine your wedding day with the most important people in your life and the natural wonder and beauty of this exclusive property overlooking the Sea of Cortez, complete with marvellous views of Land's End. Your Villa La Estancia wedding is uniquely yours. Specially trained staff is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive wedding services anywhere. They will help you with the planning and coordination of every detail of your wedding day.
To assure sufficient time to plan for your wedding the Concierge Staff should be notified at least five days prior to your arrival to allow for proper preparation. Also note that a blood test is required to be taken no less than 48 hours prior to the wedding ceremony and must be completed in Cabo San Lucas (the test takes 24 hours to process).
The wedding packages have been specially designed in order to meet your expectations and make your wedding day a memorable one. Please note that services may also be obtained individually.
Among other things, wedding packages include the following:
- All document arrangements and legal fees
- Justice of the peace
- Marriage License & Certificate (legal documents issued in Spanish)
Requirements
Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to guarantee preferred wedding date. The Mexican registry office is only open from Monday through Saturday.
Dress code: Formal or Semi-formal, no shorts or bathing suits
Wedding Times: 11 am to 6 pm on the hour (April-September). 11 am to 4 pm on the hour (October-March)
Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit of complete wedding package is required 14 days after confirmation is received. Final payment is due 30 days prior to ceremony. If scheduled with less than 30 days notice, full payment is due at the time of confirmation. A cancellation penalty of US $200.00 will apply to all wedding packages if cancelled within 30 days of wedding date.
