From the finest Angus beef cuts, the freshest seafood, delicious Mexican specialties, organically grown fruits and vegetables, to the catch of the day straight from the Sea of Cortez, you can watch talented chefs prepare your menu selection in an open-air show kitchen. Sample Dinner menu includes appetizers of mouth watering Mushroom variation, Pork Picadillo, Plátano Roulade, and coconut crusted Pacific prawns; a variety of fresh salads of organic greens, cheeses, peppers and herbs; Soups, pastas, fresh fish, shrimp; From the grill comes certified Angus beef, rack of baby lamb, and chicken.
