The 231 all-suite beachfront Villa del Arco offers luxury accommodations with spacious interiors in Deluxe (studio), One-, Two-, and Three-Bedroom arrangements, fantastic views of the bay, private entry ways, ceiling fans, granite countertops, double sinks, double closets, wrought-iron bar stools, whirlpool tubs, elegant furnishings, private balconies with spacious terraces, satellite television with an entertainment center, fully-equipped kitchenette or kitchens including microwave, toaster, stove-top range, blender, coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator. Suites are decorated in soft earth tones with marble flooring, light woods, tasteful wall art and room accessories. Marble bathrooms come with ceramic bathroom accessories. Also included in all suites are air-conditioning, electronic safe, hair dryer, and high-speed internet access (surcharge).

Deluxe Suite (Garden View or Ocean View): Has 2 double beds, kitchenette, 1 bathroom, and private terrace. 570 square feet.
One-Bedroom Suite (Garden View or Ocean View): Comes with 1 King bed in master bedroom, 1 Queen Murphy bed in living room, and 2 bathrooms with 1 Jacuzzi in master room. 952 square feet.
Two-Bedroom Suite (Garden View or Ocean View): Features 1 King bed in master bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the second room, 1 Queen Murphy bed in the living room, and 3 bathrooms with 1 Jacuzzi in master room. 1,420 square feet.
Three-Bedroom Suite (Ocean Front): Includes 1 King bed in master bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the second room, 1 King bed in the third room, 1 Queen Murphy bed in the living room, and 4 bathrooms with 2 Jacuzzis in the master rooms. 2,164 square feet.
There is an optional all-inclusive Food and Beverage Plan for purchase, which includes
- Daily Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Buffet or A la Carte, at any of the Restaurants in the Hotel.
- All Hotel non-motorized activities.
- All taxes and gratuities.
- Lobster, shrimp, and prime cuts are not included in the all-inclusive plan.
