Golf: Los Cabos has awesome golfing, as many championship golf courses in the Los Cabos region reveal: The Cabo del Sol Desert and Ocean courses are feature challenging oceanfront holes, and offer sweeping views of the desert hills and Sea of Cortez; The Robert Trent Jones-designed Cabo Real course; the Jack Nicklaus-designed El Dorado Golf Club; the Tom Fazio-designed Querencia Golf course; the Tom Weiskopf-designed eighteen-hole Desert Course at Cabo del Sol, and others. Los Cabos has been the site of the PGA Senior Tournaments and attracts many of the great senior PGA golfers. The magnificent terrain is comparable to that found in Arizona and California desert golf courses. Los Cabos is especially beautiful due to the presence of the Sea of Cortez, a stretch of indescribable blue water bordering many of the courses.
Pools: Two free-form swimming pools provide exercise or relaxation. Comfortable lounge chairs and towel service are provided throughout the pool areas.
Diving and Snorkeling: Many underwater adventurers have described the Sea of Cortez as "The World's Richest Sea". The waters are teeming with life in a myriad of colors and varieties. All of this makes for great diving and snorkeling. Beginner and advanced divers will enjoy the challenges near Land's End.

Beach: The resort is on Médano Beach, a long, wide ribbon of light brown sand, and perfect for swimming, with calm surf and warm waters. Enjoy sunbathing, strolling along the beach, jogging, brilliant sunsets, a Cabo moonrise, and soft starry nights.

Water Sports: From the hotel you are close to swimming, sea kayaking, parasailing, waterskiing, and snorkeling. There are rentals at the onsite water sports center for motorized activities such as jet skiing and motor boating. Cruises on the Bay and out to Land's End can be readily chartered.
Shopping: Jewelry, pewter, and arts and crafts shops are at the hotel, as well as Palmita market and pharmacy and a video rental store. Visit Cabo San Lucas and shop the many stores along the Main Avenue downtown. Stroll the peaceful streets of San José del Cabo with its small cluster of unique shops. Whether you're looking for barber and beauty-hairdresser shops, newsstand and books, travel agencies, precious stones and silver or other jewelry, clothing and swimwear, Mexican handicrafts, hammocks, gifts and souvenirs, or leather products, you'll find it.
Exploration and Sight Seeing: Enjoy some marvelous whale watching during the gray whale annual migrations. A must see is "El Arco", the perfect stone arch carved by the constant waves and breezes at the southernmost tip of the magnificent Baja Peninsula. Charming San José del Cabo is a popular sight seeing venue and is a short drive from the resort.
Mountain Biking and ATV: Mountain bikes can be rented and are a fun way to discover the desert area around Los Cabos. You can also ride ATVs, Jeeps, and Hummers and ride through desert trails. More information is available through the concierge
Potpourri: The resort is family friendly with a children's pool and a Children's Program of activities. For adults, the Los Cabos nightlife is vibrant and conveniently located within walking distance of the resort, or a short taxi ride. There's so much to see and do. Enjoy the Villa del Arco!
