The Presidente Intercontinental offers 395 rooms and suites, 2 double or 1 king-size bed(s), cool terracotta tiled flooring, soft lighting fixtures, decorative Mexican-tile lamps, in-room wall art, and comfortable furniture. All rooms and suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan, iron and ironing board, direct dial phones with data port and private voice mail, on-command movie system, cable TV with per-per-view channels, hairdryer, and vanity mirrors. The suites also provide bathrobes.

Standard Garden View Rooms offer a view of the desert gardens. Rooms have an inside living area on the 2nd level or private balcony on the 3rd level.

Superior Rooms offer the same accommodations as the Standard Garden View Rooms, and feature a view overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
