Spa Facilities – Complete use of Spa Marquis facilities is included with every Spa treatment. This includes the steam room, Jacuzzis, Spa swimming pool, a private locker, robes, sandals, towels and amenities. All non-Marquis guests who do not have a Spa treatment reservation will be charged $25 usd. Visit subject to availability.

Reservations – In order to better serve you and give you the attention you deserve, we recommend that you make a reservation for a Spa service. Group reservations are subject to space availability which can be arranged thru a contract and/or agreement. Our Spa Experience Coordinators can help you plan a program to best suit your needs.

Rescheduling and Cancellations – Changes and cancellations will be accepted with 4 hours notice; otherwise the full charge will apply. Special packages must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Group services have special cancellation clauses as per their contract. In the event that a service is not cancelled, you will be charged (on your room bill or credit card) for the full price. Any late arrivals for services may result in an incomplete service.

Gift Certificates – Pamper yourself or your loved ones on special occasions. Gift Certificates are available for a specific monetary value or per service. Certificates are valid at any Spa Marquis.

Important Facts –

• All guests are required to check in at the Spa reception desk 25 minutes prior to their appointment time.
• To participate in the Fitness Center program you must wear tennis shoes and sports clothes.
• Please shower before your Spa treatment.
• We recommend that you leave any valuables in your room, not in your Spa locker.
• Spa treatments are not recommended for those with a full stomach or under the influence of alcohol.
• Please remember that the Spa is a non-smoking environment.
• Alcohol is not served or permitted in the Spa Marquis and/or Fitness Center.
• Please do not remain in the Jacuzzis or steam room for more than ten minutes. Immediately afterwards, shower with cool water, starting with your feet and moving up your body to your head. We do not recommend these treatments for pregnant women, or any individuals with heart or blood pressure problems.
