Treatment and services are by appointment only.

As a courtesy to other guests and the therapists, please inform Spa 12 hours prior to your appointment if you must cancel or reschedule, otherwise “No Shows” will be charged full value of treatment. To accommodate all of the guests, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals will receive the time remaining of their treatment and will be subject to payment for the time booked. In-suite or on-the-beach massages are available with a $10.00 USD extra services charge (and also if the weather permits).
